ANDREW “WRIS” WRISLEY (Co-Founder The Athlete Lab) was a D1 NCAA baseball player at the University of Portland before spending almost a decade at NIKE creating iconic product at NIKE Baseball/Football and NIKE Training. In his product creation role he was responsible for athlete insights to inform world-class tools athletes need to reach their full potential. He also had the opportunity to visit some of the most innovative team facilities and gyms on the planet. Andrew is a youth sports coach, NCSF-certified Strength Trainer, and Dad to three young athletes.

WANDA “VUNDA” ROZWADOWSKA (Co-Founder The Athlete Lab) is a former national team athlete in two sports. She played soccer for Team Canada and professionally in the France D1 Ligue, after winning an NCAA D1 national championships with the University of Portland. As a young multi-sport athlete, she won the World Junior Taekwondo Champs. She is a mom to three young athletes, inspiring her to create positive experiences in sport for the next generation. She has spent her professional career in commercial roles as a GM at NIKE, CCO at Black Crows Ski and VP Sales at DECKED.

ZAK TAYLOR (Athlete Lab Coach - Mental Performance) has a degree in psychology from Oregon State University where he was an infielder and 2018 D1 National Champion. He is currently the OSU Director of Baseball Player Development where he is responsible for the mental skills aspect of baseball - including working with OSU player Travis Bazanna the 2024 #1 MLB draft pick. He also works with the team’s alumni, and young athletes through OSU’s camps.

COLLEEN LITTLE (Athlete Lab Coach - Nutrition & Recovery) PT, DPT, OCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Colleen is the team physical therapist, strength coach and medical coordinator for the NIKE Bowerman Track Club. She’s worked with 11 Olympians, 11 World Team members, 2 Olympic Silver Medalists, and multiple national record holders. Prior to joining BTC, she was the clinic director for a physical therapy and wellness clinic at the NIKE World Headquarters. Her athletic background began as a soccer player - she played at the University of Portland and was a two-time NCAA D1 soccer national champ. Later as a competitive runner she won the Portland Marathon and the Kauai Marathon.
